I would have blogged about this earlier, but my internet access died. I hate it when that happens! As of July 11, 2007 I am not longer a home owner. This set of buyers actually showed up for closing. As I am in NH now, I did closing by mail. I had to sign papers, get them notarized and FedEx them to the title company. All of that was still cheaper than a plane ticket, rental car and a day off from work. It feels great to have that done and over with!
So, to celebrate, Marianne and I went out and traded in her 97 Accord for a new 2007 Honda Pilot yesterday. It's a nice vehicle! We still have to take it back to get some of the dealer installed accessories put on but we get to enjoy it in the mean time.
